01 · Score

Score against the JD.

Claude Sonnet loads jd.txt + the analysis schema and emits analysis.json with {score, recommendation, profile} plus a per-criterion breakdown. Recommendation tiers are pass / borderline / recommended / strong. The score isn't a marketing number — it's a structured artefact the scorecard surface and the audit trail both read from.

02 · Verify

Cross-check the claims.

An Agent SDK session (verify_delivery.py) cross-checks claimed deliverables: GitHub commits in the repos the candidate cites, paper authorship via Semantic Scholar / Google Scholar, work history via LinkedIn and company sites, personal-site existence. Every claim either resolves to a verified source or surfaces as a flag in the recruiter's review queue.

03 · Cite

Every score cites the source.

Each rubric criterion includes a citation — either to a span on the résumé or to the verified external source. The recruiter sees the citation in the scorecard view; clicking opens the source. No score is rendered without a citation. When a regulator asks where a number came from, the answer is one click away.

Receipts

Every score, traceable to a source.

GitHub, web, authorship — three independent sources cross-checked per claim before any score makes it onto the scorecard.
